So at dinner, there was this girl sitting next to me that was talking to her friend about moving to LA, trying to find somewhere cheaper to live than silverlake, but still in “the scene” where “fashion people” lived. Then she started talking about people she knew up there but kept referring to them by their instagram and or tumblr blog names. She dropped a few names and I couldn’t help but interrupt when I recognized some.
Me: Oh, you know Brooke?
Her: Who’s Brooke?
Me: Um, nevermind…
